Upon completion of this form and payment of registration fee, student is registered/paid in full for the following:

• Participation in up to 9 dance classes offered throughout the weekend. Class participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Admission to the Urban Movers Dance Performance on Sunday, September 16, 2012 at 4:00 pm in the James Weldon Johnson Auditorium, CSU campus.

Registration Fee:

• Free tuition for approved CSU Dance Majors and $35.00 for approved CSU Dance Minors
• $70 for ages 9 - college students with ID
• $75 for non-students
• $15 per individual class, $10 for CSU students with ID and BRAVO! students
