In honor of National Arts and Humanities Month, and our 2nd Annual Urban Contemporary Dance Festival featuring national and internationally dance faculty from Paris, New York and the Washington area, Coppin State University Dance Program is hosting "Sharing The Stage: Creating Community Through Vernacular Dance and Music". The performance will celebrate a community full of artistry and diversity. The event will honor the work of William Brian, Founder and Director of StepAfrika and Dr. Mathew L. Jones, Pastor of Concord Baptist Church.
